Hatha for Strength

Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. We will be flowing through a variety of postures that is tailored to the class, targeting a different area of the body with each practice.Typically in a Strength Hatha we hold challenging poses a little longer than usual and typically finish class with more restorative poses. 


Gentle Candle Light Yoga with Aromatherapy

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. You’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably.This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.


Morning Hatha Flow

Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. We will be flowing through a variety of postures that is tailored to the class, targeting a different area of the body with each practice. Our Morning flow classes focus on gentle strength building, stretching, and breath work.


Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.


Yin Yoga

In this practice asanas are held for longer periods of time, and promote flexibility and calmness. Holding asanas for longer than just a few seconds allows the stretch to move into the deep connective tissues of the body, were past traumas are often held. This brings relief to deep aches and pains creating a liberating sense of relief. This class gives you a safe place to go deep within yourself and process whatever needs to be healed. Each class includes intention and meaning, pranayama, a series of postures created in line with the intention of the class, and savasana that often incorporates sound healing, reiki, and essential oils.


Hot Flow

This is a practice that connects all asanas (postures) by breath. Each asana flows into the next one at your own pace, by your own breath. This practice incorporates movements that increase range of motion and body awareness. This is perfect for increasing strength and flexibility, while simultaneously creating a deep connection within your self, with a present state of mind. It will leave you feeling calm and energized. Each class includes intention and meaning, pranayama, a flow of asanas to open you up to the purpose of your practice, and savanasa that often incorporates sound healing, reiki, and essential oils.
