Easy Vegan Chocolate

  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 3 tablespoons erythritol (or sweetener of choice)

  • 5 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Sea salt (optional)

  1. Get a saucepan and add about an inch of water. Place a heatproof glass bowl on top of the pan and then heat the water on a low to medium heat.

  2. Melt the coconut oil in the glass bowl, adding the sweetener and vanilla. Mix in regularly over the next few minutes.

  3. When the coconut oil has melted, add the cacao powder and mix in thoroughly.

  4. Pour into a chocolate mould or a parchment paper lined container.

  5. Sprinkle some sea salt on top if desired

  6. Set in the freezer (quickest) or in the fridge for at least an hour

  7. Pop out of your moulds when set and enjoy!
